Ban Fast Food Advertisements?
Do you really think banning fast food ads will stop people from consuming fast food? Are you out of your boring freaking mind? The person(s) behind such stupidity really puts the nation in a bad light. It really makes us Malaysian seem as though we're totally incapable of making decisions for ourselves, and that we are in desperate need for people to tell us what to eat, what to watch, and how to dress!

Banning cigarette ads didn't stop people from smoking, did it? So how does banning fast food ad stop consumers from eating fast food, you doinks!

Consumers should be educated about the nutritional content. Banning won't stop people from eating it, it will only make people want it MORE!

We all know too much of anything is bad for our health. Likewise, too much of fast food can result in higher cholesterol levels, weight gain etc etc. No one asked you to gorge yourself silly with burgers, fried chicken and pizza. The fast food ads never pressured anyone to run out and grab their food. If you're getting fat, it's because you're not living a healthy lifestyle. Don't blame the ads. Blame it on yourself for not practising moderate eating habits.

Printing the nutritional values on each type of food is a good practise though. I think all of USA is doing so, and I think we should adopt such method to educate consumers about what they're eating. Also, good eating habits start from home, so teach your kids how to eat right. Fast food is ok once a while, but not when you have it for every meal.

And if you THINK fast food is BAD, what about those kuih-muih sold by those roadside stalls? You think nasi lemak and nasi kandar very healthy ah? All the sirap sirap is so farking sweet ok! Go after the hawkers oso lah!

Moderation is the key. Banning isn't.

What Wo/Men Want
Last night, while relaxing on the couch, I turned the tv on and "What Women Want" was just about to start. So there I was watching the idiot box and observing the 4 remaining blokes (now down to 3)  trying to outdo each other to be "what women want".

If you've not heard of this programme, "What Women Want" is basically a reality tv show, an 8TV production. A group of Malaysian men put together, different challenges each week, a programme to also re-educate them about what women really want and bla bla bla bla... Sounds interesting? Oklarr....

My question was... if there's a reality show to find the ONE man that women REALLY WANT.... Shouldn't there also be a programme on "What Men Want"? I mean come on, relationships aren't about the woman ALONE. The man's also involved, right? So I think it's only fair that the guys get a fair chance to pick their type of women too, right?

Sure woman loved to be pampered, to have full attention, yada yada yada... But surely the men would also be looking for the same thing. It just wouldn't be fair if the guy's the one to always initiate things, be the thoughtful one etc. Relationships are a two-way thingy. Like the saying goes "it takes 2 to tango".

So, to all the guys out there who read my blog... What Do Men Want... when it comes to choosing a woman (for some, maybe man??)? (besides the obvious reasons like can cook a killer meal, nice boobies, smackable buttocks and all other physical/kinky attributes you can dream of :P). Personality? Charm? Come come, share share.

Bucktooth's Misadventure
Remember Bucktooth? He's the old fart in my condo that's made lotsa residents very sore at him. Heheheheheheh!

His latest adventure was erecting (no pun intended) a "la tuk gong" (a shrine) on common property (somewhere on a small plot of land within the vicinity of the condo). The problem was... he went and submit the proposal saying that the "chinese community" of the condo wanted the shrine to be built and claimed that HE represents the chinese community.

Bullocks!

His moved caused a major uproar among many residents. Not only were residents were unaware of this proposal, Bucktooth also went around soliciting money from some residents asking them to chip in to build the shrine. Word got out that some 20 odd units chipped in. However, 20 odd units do not represent the majority of the community of 712 units.

Sometimes old farts like Bucktooth here really need a tough lesson. He's rude, he verbally abuses people, constantly pushing his weight around, threatening people, and keep saying the same line day in day out... "I'm XYZ Chairman!" (like a trained parrot)

My guess is... he started his own committee because he couldn't get his way while in the previous committee. He couldn't get the support he was looking for, especially his stupid money-making car wash business within the condo. In the end, he was asked to leave the committee. So resentment built up (damn sore old man hor), and Bucktooth decided to set up his own committee and elected himself as Chairman and started doing things his own way.

See lah, such old people. Self centered. Only know how to threaten, don't know how to act civilised langsung. Typical old school mentality. If I act like a gangster, people will be scared and bow to me!

Don't you just wish such people disappear into thin air?

You must be asking how come no one's stopping Bucktooth? Actually, many have confronted him about his actions. Yet his arrogance has gotten into his head. Anyway, a group of us are bringing legality into the matter and he knows he's in deep shit. Which explains why he's been MIA these days XD Scared liao, faster run and hide.

Bucktooth also has an accomplice. Another old fart. Hantu! He roams the area day and night. Patrolling, he claims. Hantu can pass off as some junkie man... hahahaha! Hantu's another issue here, talks cock all the time. Both retired old man with way too much time on their hands. Tsk~

Both of them are a major disgrace to the term 'senior citizens'.
