AirAsia's Silence
After several attempts to get some answers from AirAsia regarding our 4-hour flight delay and their really lame excuse of "bad weather", which they called hubby direct instead of replying via emails (to avoid black & white evidence perhaps?), they have decided to totally ignore our emails.

Yup. Ignore your customers. Ignore your complaints. Just keep quiet and everything will be forgotten.

Sigh~~~ Crap....!!! Tak guna mia airline and the big shots running it.
